Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm + 15 Saturdays per year 10am - 3pm
Harper Recruitment are looking for an Asset Manager to join a leading student lettings company in Loughborough.
What will the role involve?
- Carrying out inspections for the duration of tenancies
- Ensuring property compliance is maintained
- Organising move-in processes and inventories
- Overseeing check-out processes and the return of deposits
- Offering landlords investment advice on current and new portfolios
- Maintaining contact with Landlords, Tenants & Contractors
- Carrying out FRAs
- Assisting with floor plans
Who are we looking for?
* Experience in property management or asset management
* A highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills
* Driving Licence & own vehicle (preferred)
