Finance Administrator | Part Time 1 day Per Week | Temporary | Up To £13ph| Loughborough

Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity? We are working with a reputable company in Loughborough that is seeking an Accounts Admin to join their team for 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with basic finance administration tasks, including managing invoices and purchase orders
  • Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Processing supplier payments and reconciling accounts
  • Managing incoming queries from suppliers and customers regarding accounts
  • General administrative support to the finance team

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Knowledge of basic accounting software and Microsoft Office
