Finance Administrator

We are seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to join our client's finance team for a 4-week assignment, starting immediately. This short-term opportunity has arisen due to the integration of a new system within the business, and additional support is needed to ensure smooth operations during this transition.
The successful applicant must be able to use Business Central!
Description of the role:
- Process invoices for the vendor ledger from email, post, or hand delivery, primarily using Continia software or manual entry.
- Record receipts and payments to the relevant ledgers from bank statements, Wise accounts, credit card statements, and petty cash spreadsheets.
- Periodically reconcile all bank accounts to statements.
- Reconcile balances to statements, cash books, and spreadsheets to ensure closing balances are accurate.
About you:
- Experience in finance administration or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software (knowledge of Continia and Business Central is a plus!).
- Proficiency in handling bank reconciliations and ledger entries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
