- Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices, credit notes, statements, expense claims, and purchase cards.
- Manage all aspects of the payment cycle efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers as per agreed terms.
- Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with university policies.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues.

- Proven experience in a high-volume, service-oriented finance department.
- Strong understanding of financial procedures.
