The AP team plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.Your new role

  • Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices, credit notes, statements, expense claims, and purchase cards.
  • Manage all aspects of the payment cycle efficiently and promptly.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers as per agreed terms.
  • Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues.
