Senior Manager - Corrugated
Manpower Global Print & Packaging are pleased to bring this exciting opportunity to market, having been retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, who are a well-known group and historical brand within their industry. They are currently looking to engage a Senior Manager as a key strategic layer into their current organisational structure, to report directly into the site MD and help shape the existing team, drive both personnel, team, site excellence/ best practice and growth, being seen as 'right hand' trusted stakeholder to the MD.
Their people are considered the heart of this group and rooted at the core to their success, driven to consistently push boundaries within industry, lead by example and hold themselves accountable, with a 'one team/family' culture, with quality, service, and customer satisfaction their key measurables to their positive impact within the corrugated supply chain.
We therefore seek a people focused, inclusive, visible, accessible results driven leader from a corrugate production background, who can demonstrate technical knowledge and tangible results of increased efficiencies through effective process optimisation, increasing production capacity, reduced down time, improved customer lead times, and overall reduction in site waste, as the site leans into their new business growth and as the leading supplier within industry and their consistent increased market share within existing customers.
This appointment will be considered a real value add to the site, with longstanding service tenures/low attrition across the group, they aim to ensure this hire compliments this, therefore they are keen to ensure both individual and professional values of both parties align.
