Subject to annual pay awardHours-Full Time - Monday to FridayJob DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric personnel/ general builder to join a team working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants. No major building work is required.Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out general building and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
• Carry out first inspections
• Undertake preventative works
• Tasks such as replacing slabs, replacing roof tiles, addressing roof leaks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Experience of working in multi-skilled teams
• Maintenance/ Bricklayer Qualification is desirable
