Job Title: HR Business Partner (Interim) - 3 to 6 months
Location: Loughborough (Hybrid working: 3 days office-based)
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

An exciting interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading organisation undergoing a transformative phase. This hands-on role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully during a period of significant change. You'll be working closely with line managers to support key HR processes and initiatives.
HRBP Projects include:
Recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
Employee relations, recognition, and policy reviews
Job evaluations, manager training, and embedding new organisational values
Collaborating with senior leadership and supporting the wider HR team through this transition.
Reporting to: Head of People
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
2+ years of experience in HR Adviser/Business Partner roles
Strong understanding of employment law and its application
Ability to work autonomously and deliver on HR projects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
