We are Recruiting for one of our Engineering clients who are seeking a highly qualified Business Development Executive who can effectivelycollaborate with various departments to achieve measurable results that contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the heavy plant and construction
industry, demonstrating the capability to implement a strategic sales approach that expandsmarket reach, strengthens client relationships, and enhances the skills of the sales
professionals. This individual will proactively pursue additional business
opportunities to drive revenue growth and position the company favourably against
competitors.

Objectives of this role:
Implement, and manage a business strategy emphasising growth and favourable
customer ratings.
Foster and maintain constructive professional relationships with clients.
Employ financial techniques to augment sales revenue.
Oversee sales performance to ensure the attainment of corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
Promote the companys products and services to prospective clients.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
Communicate with clients and address significant inquiries regarding the companys
products and services.
Identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, clients, partnerships,
and product or service offerings.
Create strategies to successfully pursue new business opportunities.
Build relationships with new clients, assess their needs, and develop proposals to
address those needs.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Attend conferences and events to cultivate relationships with industry partners and
stay informed about emerging trends.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the companys products, the competitive
landscape, and strategic positioning.


Skills and qualifications:
Proven track record of sales growth
Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales-related fields
Strong knowledge of construction, business, and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm for the company's growth potential

Experience
? Previous experience as Business Developer within the Construction Industry.
? Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within
the construction, remediation, or related sectors.
? Computer literate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook etc.
? Comfortable in working as a part of a multicultural Team.

This role is hybrid, based 3 days a week in Loughborough. Excellent salary and benefits, plus competitive bonus scheme for new business.
