This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Manager to play a leading role within an award winning business focussed the development and wellbeing of their teams.

The Building Services Manager / M&E Manager role will play a key role in the pre-construction process through to project delivery working closely with consultants, sub-contractors and the project teams.

Salary & Package:
- Guideline salary of £65,500 - £75,500 (Negotibale)
- Company Car or Allowance of £6,000
