We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Services Manager to oversee the electrical infrastructure and maintenance across a mixed-use estate that includes residential, leisure, and commercial buildings. Duties will include delivering high-quality maintenance and minor projects across the estate along with compliance and health & safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and review electrical specifications for both in-house and contractor-led projects.

Prepare and manage maintenance programmes, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Provide technical advice on electrical systems, contributing to capital and maintenance projects.

Oversee compliance, health and safety audits, and ensure all work meets legislative standards.

Manage a team, allocate tasks, and ensure professional development while maintaining high standards of performance.

Candidate Attributes:

Building Services knowledge, and ideally electrical qualifications.

A strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

IT-literate, with an eye for detail and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
