Subject to annual pay awardHours-Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a weekJob Description:An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric joiner to join a well-established company, working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out joinery and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
• Undertake preventative works
• Tasks such as boarding up smashed windows, repairing damaged furniture/ kitchen amendments.
