We are seeking a Joiner for a permanent position with a social housing contractor in the Shepshed area.
The role involves various carpentry and joinery tasks, including fire doors and locksmith work.
Candidates should ideally have a qualification in a relevant trade and relevant industry experience, particularly in social housing.
The salary for this position is £31,200, with additional benefits including a company van, fuel card, and power tools provided.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and relevant experience, and they will enjoy 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

We are currently looking for Joiner in the Shepshed area, to work a well-established social housing contractor on the reactive maintenance team. This is a permanent role, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Joiner, you will complete:

All aspects of carpentry & joinery
Fire doors
Locksmith work
Loft hatches

I am looking for a Joiner who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Ideally has a qualification in a relevant trade
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Joiner will receive:

31,200 basic salary

20 days annual leave plus bank holiday
