E-commerce Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to join our clients rapidly growing team. This is a dynamic role, perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact in driving digital strategies forward.

Description of the role:

  • Develop and implement the digital and web strategy to align with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to create SEO-optimised website content, including blogs and landing pages.
  • Support the marketing team on paid marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Manage the digital merchandising of the Shopify-powered website, ensuring accuracy in product data, imagery, and descriptions.
  • Work closely with purchasing teams to stay updated on product details, stock levels, and discontinuations.
  • Regularly review and enhance website content, including FAQs, operational pages, and business-related content.
  • Improve the user experience (UX) across the website and stay competitive by benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and implement insights to optimise the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital content with key campaigns and strategies.
  • Drive traffic and engagement through innovative digital initiatives in partnership with external agencies.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application in digital marketing.
  • Experience working with Shopify is highly desirable.
  • People management experience is a plus.
