- Sales Operation Planning: Drive annual growth planning, including:
- Territory Mapping: Establish effective territory structures for Account Management and New Business teams.
- Sales Capacity and Hiring: Build and maintain a capacity planning framework with quarterly reviews to align hiring and achieve sales budget targets.
- Quota Planning: Partner with Divisional Business Partners to ensure accurate quota planning across the Sales organisation.
- Sales Org Structure: Support adjustments to the Sales team structure to align with growth goals.
- Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement business plans, tracking and ensuring their delivery.
