This company has been established for over 45 years and specialise in sales, service, hire, and repair of Engineering Equipment. They have grown from a small family business to an established company with many long-standing customers.
In this role you will manage customer enquiries over the phone and email, prepare quotations, handle order requests, manage stock, and communicate with suppliers. After receiving training, you will manage your own workload.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in Engineering to develop their knowledge and pursue a career in Sales within a supportive work environment.
The Role
- Handling customer enquiries and overseeing inventory levels.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Processing order requests.
- Preparing quotations.
- Ordering parts.
- Account management.
The Person
- Great communicator.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Engineering knowledge is advantageous but is not essential and training will be provided
