Marketing Manager - about the company:

We are working with an expanding business who have experienced an extended period of growth over the past several years. The company are a supplier of construction products and work within a wider group of companies who specialise in the delivery of decarbonisation and retrofit projects.

To support the continuing growth of the business, the company are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

About the role - Marketing Manager

This is a really exciting opportunity to grow and develop a team, and work with a passionate business who are keen to support the growth and development of their employees.

The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience within Marketing, ideally within the construction, housing or decarbonisation sectors with at least 2 of those years in a management role.

You will be responsible for leading across all core areas of marketing including digital marketing, web-based marketing and offline and online marketing. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Take the lead on the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for this division of the group.
• Develop and manage a brand identity.
• Drive growth and engagement across the business relating to the brand
• Responsible for managing annual budgets relating to marketing activities
• Managing and developing relationships with external Design, PR and Digital agencies
• Analysing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns - monitoring and reporting on results and ROI.
• Keeping updated with industry trends both within marketing and construction/decarbonisation.
• Developing and managing a team of marketing professionals

The successful candidate should have a related degree or professional qualification, and experience of using various softwares including MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, CRMs and Office 365.

You should also have a good working knowledge of SEO.

This is a full time, permanent role to based in the company's Loughborough offices. Some travel will be required with occasional overnight stays to the company's Head Offices or to industry events etc.

The company will offer a competitive salary of up to 39500(depending on experience) + car or 5k car allowance and various other benefits.
