Junior Product Marketing Executive

Location:Loughborough Hybrid, in office 2x a week, UK

Contract:12-month contract (Maternity Cover)

Hours:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week

About the Company

My Client is a successful healthcare and medical products business that has a number of premium products in the surgical and woundcare space, amongst other products in Healthcare. As a result of a maternity cover, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Executive, or assistant. Suitable for a recent graduate in marketing with some exposure to industry. This could be from a placement year, or an Apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business and kickstart your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing tactics outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Lead and participate in marketing projects, campaigns, and digital activities.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of pricing details and track pricing metrics.
  • Gather customer insights from business teams and contribute to addressing key business questions.
  • Monitor market reports and brand performance.
  • Present updates and plans for wound care portfolios to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in corporate programs, adhere to professional and quality standards, and comply with company policies.
  • Attend events and occasional customer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a product management or related field, can be gained from a placement year or apprenticeship as well as industry experience.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, healthcare/hospital or medical settings particularly advantageous.
  • Ability to travel occasionally with the sales team (driving license needed).
  • Willingness to undergo the Medical Industry Accredited (MIA) vetting process, including an Enhanced DBS Check, for certain client visits.
