Key requirements as the Sales Manager
- Demonstrable track record of career progression
- Proficient in New Business Development (NBD) strategies and adept in performance management
- Highly results-oriented with a relentless focus on outcomes for you, your team and most
importantly, customers
- Managing a sales team with excellent communication and motivation skills to help achieve individual and team targets
- Well-versed in utilising mainstream CRM software to streamline operations and enhance
customer relationships
- A client focused ethos and a professional, consultative style and approach
- A sound understanding of project based workflows
- Account management skills - able to play the long game and nurture positive, long term
relationships with clients
- The ability to work directly with key internal personnel and stakeholders to achieve positive outcome
Key duties as the Sales Manager
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Handle inbound enquiries to conversion
- Work on the assigned target prospects by outbound reach
- Build a robust sales pipeline, manage the lifecycle of deals to conversion
- Achieve individual sales target
- Build and develop a small but exceptional sales team and culture Develop and maintain effective NBD / Sales reports as effective tools
- Monitor, manage and achieve overall sales performance
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage new sales campaigns and new product
launches
In return you will be offered a salary up to £50,000 with additional bonuses. You will work office hours Monday-Friday.
