Consilium Recruit are proudly supporting a design led Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy. They are actively seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join the team and oversee the technical delivery of own portfolio of projects.


Commutable from: Coventry, Leicester, Loughborough, Coalville, Corby, Burton upon Trent  

Salary: £ Negotiable dependent on experience plus an excellent suite of benefits.


The Role

Ensure quality and accuracy on a range of civil and structural projects, commissions and commercial performance.  Working closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to specification.  Projects include large scale residential developments, commercial, healthcare, hotels, private residential properties, education, leisure, cultural buildings, regeneration and retail schemes throughout the UK and overseas.


The Person

The successful candidate for the role will have a proven background in overseeing the delivery of their own portfolio of work.

  • Relevant Degree or equivalent and ideally chartered.
  • Confident dealing with clients from all backgrounds and sectors.
  • Retain the confidence of existing clients for continued workflow whilst generating work with new clients.
  • Able to take design responsibility for projects.
