Sonic Summary

TSA Surveying is seeking a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to join a prominent building consultancy in the East and West Midlands.
The role involves conducting stock condition surveys on social housing properties and performing Energy Performance Certificates assessments.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in surveying or a related field.
The position offers a competitive salary, which is commensurate with experience.
Candidates will be provided with necessary tools and software for conducting surveys and will be expected to complete 4 to 6 surveys per day.

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across the East and West Midlands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.

Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.

About the Role:

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
Carry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day
Induction provided to use the software.
Lodgement fee is covered by our client.
Scheduled work contract booked appointments.
