Seeking Handyperson to carry out plumbing maintenance and minor repairs, as well as a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks.

Large establishment based in Loughborough with both commercial and domestic spaces
Description
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Fix leaks, unblock drains, replace faucets, and maintain water systems.
- Perform general repairs, including electrical, carpentry, painting, and small construction tasks as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for the job.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems are in optimal working condition.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Handyperson or Plumbers mate.
- Basic plumbing knowledge, including pipework, faucets, and water systems.
- General maintenance skills across electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Full driver's license (preferred).
Job Offer
3 month temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent pending a succesful trial
