As a Business Development Executive, your duties will include:

  • Identifying and contacting potential new customers, promoting the business and its capabilities
  • Developing the CRM database with leads, contacts and clients
  • Visiting new and existing clients
  • Working with the engineering team to prepare quotes
  • Developing strategies, forecasts, and pipelines of business
  • Attending trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events

To be successful in the role of Business Development Executive, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of B2B Sales as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager or New Business Development Manager, providing a manufacturing / engineering service
  • Possess experience or an interest in sustainable manufacturing
  • Be an excellent communicator, with the drive and motivation to bring in new business
  • Be prepared to travel regularly to visit new Clients and develop existing accounts
  • Hold a full UK driving license

In return, on offer is a salary in the region of 40,000-45,000, plus company car and bonus.
