Press Brake Setter Operator

365 People are recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator for a company based near Loughborough.

You will be working for a company that is an expert in end to end design led manufacturing company that creates imaginative brand experiences. 

The Press Brake Setter/Operator Role:

• Experienced in Operating and setting machines according to technical drawings.
• Experience with Trumpf/Amada/LVD machines would be beneficialMust be able to work independently
• Able to change tools, offset, correct and inspect own work.
• Have a high attention to detail, quality and counting
• Quality check finished products and report any issues
• Follow health and safety protocols
• Keep the working area clean and tidy, hazard free
• Any other duties requested

The Candidate:

• Experience with setting and operating Trumpf or Amada Laser cutting machines
• My client is looking for someone who is keen to be hands on
• Worked in engineering and who wants to learn
• From a manufacturing / production background
• Physically able and fine with potential heavy lifting
• Strong communication skills and problem – solving abilities
• Be a naturally forward planner.

Hours of work:

• Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2am
