Multi-trade builder will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks such as roof repair, brickwork across a large commercial space

A large establishment with both commercial and domestic spaces

Description

• Carry out general building maintenance including roof repairs and brickwork in commercial or residential properties.
• Perform reactive and PPM
• Conduct site assessments and report on required works or potential improvements.
• Maintain high standards of work quality, adhering to safety regulations and building codes
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

Profile

• You must have a relevant trade qualification (NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds

Job Offer
