A Local Authority in Leicestershire is seeking an interim Housing Allocations Team Leader to join their team until March 2025, with the potential to extend.
In this role, you will lead a team of 7.5 officers, managing housing applications, lettings, and void property processes. You'll handle complex cases, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with legislation, including Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996. Collaboration with internal teams such as Housing Options and Voids Management will be key to your success.
The role offers hybrid working, with just two days required in the office each week.
