Service Contract Specialist
Location: LE6, Groby (Hybrid, occasionally in the office)
Contract: 9-month maternity cover
Pay Rate: 19.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with key teams to ensure alignment with Customer requirements, Pricing strategy, and Terms & Conditions for service offerings.
Manage the Service Contract Handover process, including contract review, order entry in SAP, billing, and revenue recognition.
Strengthen customer relationships, maximise contract use, and collaborate on tailored service solutions.
Ensure timely, accurate service delivery through cross-department collaboration.
- Enhance customer experience through efficient contract management and prompt issue resolution.
What You Need
SAP or similar system experience (essential).
Experience in contract or customer management.
Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in another language is beneficial but not essential.
