Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and support behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create a positive, inclusive, and structured environment for students.
* Address challenging behaviours and establish respectful, constructive relationships with pupils.
* Conduct assessments and provide feedback to assist in developing behaviour plans.
* Act as a role model, promoting resilience, empathy, and effective communication in young learners.

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in behaviour management within an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of behaviour intervention strategies and techniques.
* Ability to build positive relationships with primary-age students, staff, and families.
* Flexible, patient, and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are preferred.
