- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all functions, fostering collaboration and driving high-performance teams (HPT).
- Lead and deliver Lean Sigma Black Belt projects while mentoring Green Belts and guiding teams through Kaizen events and A3 problem-solving sessions.
- Strategically analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing sustainable solutions that align with the site’s objectives.
- Work closely with the Site Leadership team to execute strategies that boost site performance and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Oversee Business Continuity and Risk Management, ensuring that all risks are mitigated, and strategies are executed smoothly.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the site, liaising with the Product Group/Division on all improvement-related matters.
- Lean Sigma Black Belt essential
- Proven experience in driving successful improvement projects, particularly in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing settings.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at every level.
