Continuous Improvement ManagerLocation: LoughboroughOverview:Are you a seasoned Lean professional ready to drive transformative change? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead continuous improvement efforts at our Loughborough site. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead Lean initiatives, execute high-impact projects, and mentor teams to achieve excellence on a permanent basis for company that supply globally specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke mechanical equipment.What You’ll Do:
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all functions, fostering collaboration and driving high-performance teams (HPT).
  • Lead and deliver Lean Sigma Black Belt projects while mentoring Green Belts and guiding teams through Kaizen events and A3 problem-solving sessions.
  • Strategically analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing sustainable solutions that align with the site’s objectives.
  • Work closely with the Site Leadership team to execute strategies that boost site performance and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
  • Oversee Business Continuity and Risk Management, ensuring that all risks are mitigated, and strategies are executed smoothly.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the site, liaising with the Product Group/Division on all improvement-related matters.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Lean Sigma Black Belt essential
  • Proven experience in driving successful improvement projects, particularly in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at every level.
