Your leadership will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a 3-bedded home, creating a nurturing environment where each individual can thrive.

Successful candidate will:
1. Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
2. Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to each young person's needs.
3. Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
4. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies and make necessary adjustments.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.

Desirable Experience:
1. Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
