Credit Controller (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Syston, Leicester
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 + monthly bonus (up to £300)
We are seeking an interim Credit Controller to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This full-time role offers hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days from home following an initial 68 week training period.
About the RoleAs part of an experienced and supportive credit control team, youll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling credit accounts for both individual consumers and business clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers to ensure effective debt collection.
What Were Looking ForWere seeking candidates who have:
- Experience in Credit Control or a similar high-volume customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
- Start Date: Ideally January, but immediate starts are available for those ready to begin before Christmas.
- Salary Package: £25,000£26,000 base salary, plus a monthly bonus of up to £300, bringing your on-target earnings to £29,600.
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid working model, following initial training.
