As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive learning environment by:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Delivering pre-set lesson materials and ensuring students remain on task.
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Supporting students with their learning where necessary.

• A strong understanding of classroom management.
• Experience working with young people, either in a school setting or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to education.
• A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

• Competitive daily rates of £100 - £110.
