We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our clients' team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling orders, managing accounts, and providing proactive support.

This role is not limited to traditional customer service tasks; you will also utilise your sales background to identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Description of the role:
