Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to manage key accounts for our UK and Ireland team.

Salary: £14.48 - £18.10 per hourHours: 37.50 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: Based in the office full time intially for training , following training the role will be hybrid. Applicants are required to live local to Loughborugh to be able to attend the office 2-3 times a week.

Your Mission:

  • Manage accounts and respond to queries primarily through our systems, with some phone interaction.
  • Utilise Salesforce for account management and ensure smooth order processing through SAP.
  • Foster strong relationships with our Priority Customers, proactively managing orders and providing informative reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service using various platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with all transactional standards and Service Level Agreements.
  • Proactively manage accounts and orders, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
  • Engage in company initiatives, including daily reviews and team meetings.
  • Build solid relationships with assigned key accounts through regular communication.
