What You Will Do:

- Lead production NPI activities, ensuring smooth communication between production management and engineering.

- Develop and implement new processes alongside engineering, enhancing production efficiency.

- Operate and maintain soldering machines, contributing to the high-quality construction of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

- Engage in the assembly of electronic PCBs and sub-assemblies, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.

- Conduct inspections and tests to uphold the highest standards of quality, in line with IPC Standards.

- Train and oversee staff in the construction of mechanical assemblies, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in electronic PCB assembly and sub-assemblies.

- Proficiency in operating soldering machines and knowledge of conformal coating processes.

- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams/schematics for accurate component installation.

- Familiarity with IPC Standards for PCB and cable inspection.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
