Think Property & Surveyingare delighted to be working with a leading university in the East Midlands to recruit a Electrical Maintenance Operativeto join their Estates team.

The campus is one of the largest in the UK, with state of the art facilities and world leading infrastructure.

The role will include performing inspections, delivering maintenance and repairs to electrical equipment and machinery across the University, new installation works in existing buildings, ensuring that all works are carried out in line with regulationsand undertakingspecialist training on an ongoing basis.

You will have solid experience of working in an Electrical teams delivering electrical maintenance services in a customer facing role, familiar with reading an interpreting building plans and drawings.

You will also have a technical City & Guilds Electrical qualification, and will have served an apprenticeship or have equivalent practical experience.

You will be offered a salary of 26-31K and other benefits include 40 days of holiday and an incredible public sector pension.
