We are looking for an experienced Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems across large commercial and domestic spaces. This involves safety, conducting inspections, and responding to maintenance requests efficiently.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and preventative electrical maintenance across various buildings
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in both domestic and commercial settings
  • Carry out reactive maintenance in response to electrical breakdowns, ensuring work is completed quickly and safely
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical systems as required
  • Ensure all work is carried out following relevant health and safety regulations and safe systems of work
  • Support general electrical tasks including changing light bulbs, rewiring plugs, sockets, and other minor repairs
  • Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quick resolution of any electrical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and any required follow-up

Profile

  • Key requirements for the successful candidate
  • Qualified Electrician with previous experience
  • 18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ required
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Previous experience working within domestic and commercial spaces
  • Full UK driving licence
