Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and preventative electrical maintenance across various buildings
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in both domestic and commercial settings
- Carry out reactive maintenance in response to electrical breakdowns, ensuring work is completed quickly and safely
- Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical systems as required
- Ensure all work is carried out following relevant health and safety regulations and safe systems of work
- Support general electrical tasks including changing light bulbs, rewiring plugs, sockets, and other minor repairs
- Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quick resolution of any electrical issues
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and any required follow-up
Profile
- Key requirements for the successful candidate
- Qualified Electrician with previous experience
- 18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ required
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous experience working within domestic and commercial spaces
- Full UK driving licence
