Solar PV Electrician | Loughborough | Monday to Friday – Variable start/finish times 37.5 hours per week | £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year dependant on Experience and qualifications
Our client is a small, friendly company specialising in the design, supply and installation of Renewable Energy Systems including Solar PV, batteries, and heat pumps. They install only the worlds most advanced equipment in domestic and commercial properties. They rely on their reputation and high quality to bring in new work and have a full order book with new work coming in every day.
They are looking for an electrician preferably with solar/battery experience, to join their inhouse team.
Are you the right person for the job?
- BPEC or C&G equivalent Solar PV qualification. We can arrange training if required.
- Electrician - NVQ level 3, AM2, 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2391 or 2392.
- Working at Heights
- Experience of installing solar panels as well as installation of inverters, batteries, car charging points, monitoring systems and immersion tank heaters, with testing and commissioning abilities, or we will provide training as required
- Experience of installing commercial systems (up to 1,000kWp) (Advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card
What will your role look like?
You will be installing solar PV systems, battery storage, heat pump controls, car charging points, Whole house ventilation system power supplies, in the East Midlands.
This exciting and varied role will involve working with and eventually leading a team to install the electrical equipment for residential and commercial systems.
