Interim - 2 / 3 MonthsLocation: Loughborough / Hybrid Salary: Up to £34k

SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for an interim role in Loughborough, supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Directors of Human Resources. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, directly supporting senior leaders and contributing to the success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary & Email Management: Organise diaries and emails, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documents, manage Office 365 tools, and arrange meetings, travel, and visitor schedules.
  • Confidential Correspondence: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain accurate and efficient electronic filing systems.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings, including virtual setups and participant briefing.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute workshops, away-days, and other key events.
  • Liaison & Communication: Build strong internal and external relationships while representing senior leaders.
  • Decision-Making: Address urgent matters in the absence of senior leaders, in consultation with staff as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities align with organisational policies and procedures.
