Ready to Cultivate Your Next Career Move?

Do you dream in shades of green, have a passion for turning soil into success, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for someone who's as excited about growing food as they are about growing a team-and who doesn't mind getting a little dirt under their nails along the way.

If you're the kind of person who sees potential in every seed and opportunity in every challenge, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Farm Operations Manager who's ready to take charge of a 550-acre farm spread across three sites in Leicestershire. This role is a perfect blend of management, problem-solving, and good old-fashioned farm work.

You'll work closely with retail, restaurant, and senior leadership to bring their vision to life-growing diverse, high-quality produce and creating memorable customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be leading and inspiring a small but mighty farm team to uphold the highest standards in farming operations. Working hand-in-hand with the Farm Shop team to ensure a steady, year-round supply of homegrown goodness.

Keeping the farming equipment and records in order, and ensuring that you're always compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations is all part of the day-to-day.

You'll be drafting detailed cropping plans and managing the farming budget, ensuring everything runs smoothly from seed to harvest, all while keeping the farm sites in tip-top shape, from the fields to the fences, and everything in between.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you'll love the land and the work that comes with it-no task is too big or too small.

You'll have an eye for detail and thrive on keeping things organised and running like clockwork. This role is suited to a natural problem solver who doesn't shy away from a challenge.

Your PA1 and PA6 are ideal, but training is on offer for the right candidate.
