As Finance Manager you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including the production of monthly management accounts

  • Budget preparation, and variance analysis.

  • CAPEX analysis

  • Sales Analysis

  • You’ll also manage the payroll process and support the Finance Director during the year-end audit.

  • Ensure all statutory filing is delivered promptly (P11D's/VAT etc)

  • Beyond the numbers, you’ll be leading a team, ensuring they’re fully trained and motivated to help deliver the financial KPIs

What You’ll Need to be considered:

To excel in this role, being CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified is preferred, though if you are a part-qualified professional with a strong drive to complete your qualifications, you're 100% encouraged to apply too. Team management is central to this role, so strong experience in this area is highly valued, particularly with a focus on cash flow management, essential for this predominantly B2C business. Ideally, the client is looking for someone who has trained in a practice environment and then transitioned to the manufacturing sector.
