Finance Manager

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Location: Loughborough – Hybrid working (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll processing, VAT returns, and HP registers.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities.
  • Deputise for the Head of Finance when required.
About You
  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in an SME environment, ideally managing a small team.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Excel with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
