RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this well known Leicestershire based Charitable organisation as they look to recruit an experienced Interim Finance Director on an initial hybrid contract basis.
This is full time but my client will also consider those candidates potentially looking for approx 30 - 37 hours. The role carries a day rate of £300 - £350. Ideally you'll be immediately available or on a short notice period.

Being at the heart of the Leadership team, you'll work very closely with the organisations vision, values and objectives by driving and developing strategic plans and ensuring budgets are aligned, processes are followed and financial reports are provided.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Tea,, you'll work closely with the Chief Exec, closing and completing Year End and Stat accounts, setting up accounts for the new financial year ahead. You'll also lead on cash flow, project costing and re-forecasting, ensuring budget holders are supported throughout the process.
Other elements including the overseeing of Payroll, Gift Aid etc.

This brilliant opportunity will ideally suit an experienced candidate with a similar skill set, ideally ACA / ACCA part/fully qualified. Our client may well consider those that are QBE. Charitable exposure would be ideal.
If you want to put something back into an organisation and to feel you're making a difference, then this is the role for you.
