Portfolio Account Manager Loughborough £50k to £60k Butler Rose Public Practice are pleased to be partnered with this high growth and ambitious Top 40 firm that are now able to recruit a highly experienced Portfolio Account Manager to take up a pivotal role within the firm. This position will be key in managing a portfolio of client accounts across diverse industries. The role involves maintaining and strengthening client relationships, overseeing the delivery of tailored solutions to meet client needs, and ensuring the efficient and timely execution of account management responsibilities to drive client satisfaction and business growth. Role Requirements - Heres a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

  • Handling a portfolio of clients, under audit threshold - overseeing accounts, payroll, billing - everything to do with the clients
  • To manage client relationship and provide advice and business support in advisory meetings
  • Clear arising queries with clients ensuring a collaborative, and supportive relationship.
  • To manage clients engaged services to include Debtor Chasing, Supplier Payruns, VAT Returns, Payroll, Cashflow Forecasting & Management Accounts
  • Inclusion of statutory disclosures in line with the company checklist.
  • Has experience managing a portfolio - be responsible for everything related to the client - all the work will go through this person.
  • Understanding and evaluating and monitoring clients business and recommending improvement where needed
  • Ensuring all parties are kept up to date as work progresses.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Person Requirements -

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA, AAT, ATT, CFAB or CIMA
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a wider team as well as independently
  • The production of accurate and elective work within your service line within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Broad range of IT skills to underpin performance to include proficiency with Excel & IRIS and Xero (advantageous)
  • To assesses client needs and liaise with other service lines which will benefit clients
