Are you an experienced financial planning administrator, looking for a new role in a dynamic team, with hybrid working with up to 4 days from home.

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Advisers and paraplanning team.

Duties for this role will include:

  • You will be responsible for gathering and maintaining client information and for implementing the recommendations in your clients’ financial plans, turning them into a reality, and the administration of the ongoing service relationship to ensure they remain on track to achieve their goals.
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Gathering and input of data
  • Anti money laundering checks
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records
  • Application and LOA processing

The candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within financial services / wealth management administration
  • Experience with IO Intelligent Office would be beneficial
