What You Will Do:

As Head of Sales, you will take the lead role in the companys commercial operations team winning new business and developing new product streams with existing and prospective customers. The main purpose is the strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation, delivering focused sales and marketing campaigns designed to drive aggressive revenue growth. This is a home-based role that requires regular customer visits on a national basis. We are looking for a sophisticated sales professional with a demonstrable track record of winning business and developing key accounts.

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals, customer forecasts
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Developing and maintaining strong internal relationships, including overseas offices

What You Will Have:

  • Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of selling packaging machinery into the food production sector
