My client is looking for a Training Solutions Manager to effectively manage and develop the driver training centre based in the East Midlands. The successful candidate would need to be commutable to this is Leicestershire

Salary

Salary is commensurate with experience but guidelines are around the 35-45K mark as a basic plus a company vehicle, bonus scheme plus many incentives are also included such as a pension scheme with life-assurance/illness cover, 25 days holiday, structured career development plus more. Experience

The ideal candidate for this position would be an experienced and accredited training manager from the forklift truck industry and will have a passion for developing others. You will hold the required RTITB certificates and will adept at managing & running a large, national training centre
