THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator working for a business based in Loughborough.Full time, permanent working within a small office environment. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:All purchasing, raising orders with suppliers and order trackingBooking packages in with courier as instructed by the Logistics DepartmentRaising customs invoices for dispatchLiaising with courier for potential problems with customsManaging company pool cars and company vehicles (ensuring relevant checks are completed etc.)Ensuring Alarm, CCTV, fire extinguishers, lift, and other building facilities, are serviced when required Answering phonesResponsible for covering other staff members during absences Support with other tasks in the office such as filing and general admin tasksCarry out occasional out of role tasks as instructed by the management teamEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:Highly accurate with their workHardworking and a good team playerWell organised and process drivenExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAn excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
