My client is a leading independently owned contractor in the specialist field of passive fire protection, a sector that has seen a huge amount of growth over the past 5 years.

The company has been in existence for just over 5 years, going from 2 business partners to a business that now has an established client base across a wide range of sectors driven by a good quality of works produced.

They've recently completed their strategic review, and have established the need to hire a bid writer /manager to support with their tender process an increase on the number of cuccessful tender won by the company.

You wil be reporting into the owners of the business and will play an integral role in shaping the future of the bid managemenet / bid writing process for the company and is enters the next phase of growth.

Whilst experience in a simialr sector (construction / social housing / fier safety works) would be useful, it is not a deal a breaker as sector specific training can be given.
