Main Purpose of the Job:

To provide legal support to the department's fee earners.

Scope of the Job:

To assist fee earners and provide legal support as required, including direct interaction with clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct client meetings, take instructions, and provide advice where appropriate.
  2. Draft correspondence, legal documents, and forms.
  3. Conduct legal research and present findings to fee earners and/or clients.
  4. Prepare bundles for conferences and court hearings, and provide administrative support to fee earners.
  5. Collaborate with fee earners, the department, and the firm as a whole.
  6. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and practices.
  7. Act efficiently and in a cost-effective manner in line with office procedures.
  8. Assist Rita Rathod in her role as Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.
Key Results:
  1. Successful completion of main duties and responsibilities.
  2. High levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Effective and professional collaboration with team members and the wider firm.
  4. Maintenance and enhancement of the firm's reputation.
