An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our prestigious client as Head of Administration. You will oversee and coordinate the administrative operations of the business.

To be an effectiveHeadofAdministration, we are looking for someone with first class communication skills, both written and verbal. The Ideal candidate will be organised, detail oriented and have excellent computer skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient runningoftheadministration department.
  • Manage theadministration team, annual leave, and sick leave.
  • Keep accurate and up to date recordsofall orders and invoices submitted for reconciliation to finance to allow prompt and accurate responses to enquiries.
  • Provide clerical support to the Directors and other staff as needed.

Experience required:

  • At least 3 years administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have a genuine interest in property
  • Strong IT skills - especially Excel
  • Experience usingVebra Alto or similar is desirable
