To be an effectiveHeadofAdministration, we are looking for someone with first class communication skills, both written and verbal. The Ideal candidate will be organised, detail oriented and have excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and efficient runningoftheadministration department.
- Manage theadministration team, annual leave, and sick leave.
- Keep accurate and up to date recordsofall orders and invoices submitted for reconciliation to finance to allow prompt and accurate responses to enquiries.
- Provide clerical support to the Directors and other staff as needed.
Experience required:
- At least 3 years administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have a genuine interest in property
- Strong IT skills - especially Excel
- Experience usingVebra Alto or similar is desirable
